Day Overview
- Sign-in: 8:30am to 9:00am
- Session 1: 9:00am to 12:30pm
- Lunch 12:30pm to 1:30pm (parents may take children out to lunch)
- Session 2: 1:30pm to 5:00pm
- Sign-out 5:00pm to 5:30pm (firm)
Group sizes
- For groups of 20 children or more with a maximum of 30 children depending on venue size.
- Ages 5 to 12
Content
- Completely hands-on, with STEM challenges, activities and science experiments led by experienced educators
- Staff ratio 1:15 maximum as per guidelines.
- Full risk assessments in place
- Client to provide attendance sheets, contact details and allergy/medication advice for sign-in & sign-out.

Every holiday period, Fizzics Education present holiday programs workshops for local council libraries, vacation care centres, OOSHC and at our own venues. These workshops are designed to cater for a wide range of ages, even the adults join in! Book early to avoid disappointment. A school holiday program treat!

Requirements
- For ages 5 and up.
- Morning tea, lunch & afternoon tea plus filled drinking bottles need to be provided by the parents (no nuts onsite).
- We need building access prior to commencement as well as afterwards to move equipment.
- We need reserved parking access in your loading dock or equivalent as close as possible to the program venue.
- We need to know your onsite safety induction requirements.
- Your room needs to be large enough to fit the children comfortably and meet COVID restrictions.
- Program venue must have easy access to bathrooms for the children on the same level as the activity room.
- The room will need at least 8 trestle-size tables and 4 chairs, with ideally a whiteboard if possible (not a necessity, just handy).
- A sink with running water and access to two electrical outlets.
- Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm.
- Sign-in needs to occur at 8:30am and the last child to leave the site at 5:30pm sharp.
