How to claim the Creative Kids Voucher Rebate

With the Creative Kids Voucher program, you can claim $50 each year towards educational programs run by registered organisations that have been assessed by Service NSW – Fizzics Education is one of these providers!

** The Creative Kids Vouhers expire at 31 December 2023!

1. Login to Service NSW to claim your voucher
2. Follow the prompts to fill out the fields needed
3. Once you receive your voucher you can use it with our onsite and online programs!

Claiming your voucher for our holiday coding workshops

• Firstly, you need to create an account with ServiceNSW.  You’ll need to be a NSW resident to apply.
• Next, you need to apply for a voucher for each of your children.
• From here you are taken to a screen where you can search by postcode or by a provider:

  – For the Sydney Olympic Park onsite programs; Search for ‘coding’ and postcode ‘Sydney Olympic Park 2127’. You’ll find Fizzics Education Pty Ltd- For the Creative Coding Online programs;
  Search for ‘Fizzics Education Pty Ltd’ & make sure that you’ve checked ‘Only show online programs’.

• You’ll note that we have other postcodes listed on Service NSW too. These are based on other venues where we will run these programs in the future. You can keep informed on when these programs become live by subscribing to our newsletter (click the footer below) or by following the list of events we keep on Facebook.
• Once you know which program suits your children, enter the postcode of the program that suits your needs on the ServiceNSW website and submit the application.
• You’ll then receive an email from Service NSW with the voucher details for each child for the postcode that you chose.

How to use the Creative Kids voucher you get from Service NSW?

You’re nearly there! You’ve got the voucher, we just need to book you into the actual program. Please get in touch with us with the following details and we’ll book your kids into the program!

• Your name, address, email and phone number
• Your child’s full name, birthdate and Creative Kids voucher number linked to each of your children
• Details of any allergies your children might have

Choose “pay by invoice’ in the checkout and we will process your voucher within 72 hours (once processed, we will send your ticket as a confirmation). You’re all done!

NB: The Creative Kids Voucher can only be used for our coding programs, subject to availability and open to NSW residents only.
