Description
Your hand works in a similar way to the motorised hand. There are opposing tendons that cross across the bones on either side of the hand and they pull the fingers up and down as needed.
Coding robotics involves creating steps in sequences, loops and statements that allow a computer to logically perform a series of moves or sense it’s environment. Robots have been around for centuries, however in recent years they have become prevalent in our everyday lives. Beyond our homes, robotics can be found in medicine, heavy industry, manufacture, exploration, cars and much more.

- Make your own science song and get the hand to tap along to the beat!
- Learn a programming language. A great place to start is code.org.
- Create an animation using Scratch
- Learn how to ‘program’ someone without using a computer
