Ticket booking

IMPORTANT 

• • Cost: $180 per class per workshop.

 

• • A class is considered a group of up to 30 students.

 

• • Each class is only permitted to attend ONE Workshop (and the two afternoon Shows).

 

1. Select a workshop from the YES Live 2020 event overview by clicking the “Get Tickets” button.
   
2. Choose the session time you’d like to book for by clicking “+2 more dates” and select the desired session time.
   
3. Choose the appropriate ticket type (Single Class for one class), click on the drop-down menu next to it and select “1”, and confirm your selection by clicking “Enter Details”.
   
4. Fill in the details to secure your ticket; you have 12 minutes to do this before the system releases the hold on the ticket to another prospective buyer. Make sure to read through the terms and conditions carefully. Click on “Save & Checkout”.
   
5. Choose your payment method. The options are “Credit or debit card” and “Invoice”. If paying by invoice, you will receive an invoice from the Sydney Olympic Park Authority within 5 working days. Fill in the details and click “Pay Now”.
   
6. A confirmation page will now be displayed and you will also receive a confirmation email sent to the email address from the information you gave earlier in the process.

All workshops are via Zoom meeting

In this format, you will be able to see and hear our presenter and we will control whether we can see or hear you (different situations call for different formats). You will get lots of chances to ask and answer questions via text-based Q&A and live polls.

For child safety, please join using an adult’s email address, your child(ren)’s first name, and NO last name.
